Frequently asked Questions

Payment

We accept payments via Paypal, all major credit cards, as well as Etsy Gift Cards.

All payments must be received within 3 days, or we may cancel your order.
State sales tax will be charged to CT residents only.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order, as we have a very short turnaround time. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to refuse the package so that it gets sent back to us, and your shipping charges may not be refunded.

Shipping

All shipments are made via USPS within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. If a product must be custom made to order, an additional processing time may apply. Our shipping days are Monday-Friday and exclude federal holidays when the post office is closed.

All items are well packaged to prevent possible damages. If there are any problems with your package, please let us know.

The service we use via USPS is most often First Class Parcel. USPS estimates this service to have a 2-3 day delivery time. International orders may take 6-10 days or longer to be delivered. Delays after we drop packages off at the post office are beyond our control.


If a package is refused/returned unopened, the buyer will be refunded for the items, but not the shipping charge. If the package must be shipped again, the buyer will be asked to pay the additional shipping cost. 

International buyers:
Please be aware that your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. We do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because personal care items cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please let us know within 30 days if you have any problems with your order. You can be sure that you will be refunded or sent a replacement if you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or if your package is never delivered. 

Please consider purchasing sample sizes before ordering full size products if you are ever unsure.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Purchasing a gift? 
We can ship orders directly to gift recipients if you provide their name and shipping address in the "note to seller" during checkout. You may also leave a short message to be included with the gift. Affordable gift wrapping is also available upon request (just send us a message).
